Abstract

The paper proposes an approach to design a Hype Cycle for the Java ecosystem. A set of essential structural elements of the Java ecosystem is proposed. Simulation modeling of ecosystem development was carried out based on a model constructed using Control Theory. The oscillatory nature of the Hype Cycle has been established and substantiated. By means of the MATLAB package, simulation modeling of the development of the Java Ecosystem was carried out.
